1. General Information & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between gto99 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("you", "user", "player"). By browsing the gto99.lat website, opening an account, accepting a bonus, or playing any game, you fully agree to these Terms.

The meanings of some key terms used in this document are described below:

• Platform: The gto99.lat website and all services connected to it.
• Account: Your personal user account registered on the platform.
• Bonus Balance: Funds received from promotional offers or a welcome bonus, which cannot be withdrawn before certain conditions are met.
• Real Money Balance: Directly deposited funds that are fully withdrawable.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

2.2 Multiple Account Prohibition

Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. gto99 reserves the right to close an account if false information is provided or if there is a failure to update information later.

3. Account Security & Verification

3.1 Login Credential Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the gto99 support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

gto99 may at any time request one or more of the following documents to verify your identity:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of address document (bank statement, utility bill, etc.)
• Proof of ownership of payment method

Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete. gto99 uses SSL encryption to keep user information secure.

3.3 Account Access & Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account, unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorized access.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently available on gto99:

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, additional time may be required if verification is needed. For bank transfers, processing time may vary depending on banking hours.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that:

• Your account has been fully verified.
• The wagering requirement of any active bonus has been met.
• The withdrawal method and deposit method are registered in the same person's name.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

gto99 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• ৳26,000 deposit → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳41,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Acceptance Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period.
• Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering conditions have been met.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.
• Only one bonus offer can be active at a time.

5.4 VIP Program

gto99's VIP program has three tiers. You can move up to a higher tier by playing regularly:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

The conditions for moving up or down VIP tiers are set by gto99, and gto99 reserves the right to change them.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on gto99:

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, gto99 reserves the right to cancel it.
• Deliberately placing a bet after the result or outcome of an event is known is prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports, please note the following:

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In live betting, the odds confirmed before an odds change will apply to that bet.
• If gto99 detects suspicious or unusual betting patterns, payment may be held until an investigation is completed.

6.3 Casino Games

For live casino, slots, and other games, the rules of the relevant game provider apply. If a game session is left incomplete due to a disconnection, the last state saved on the server will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gto99 platform:

• Operating an account on behalf of or for minors.
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Exploiting loopholes in the bonus system to gain unfair advantages (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Harassing, intimidating, or insulting other players or staff.
• Attempting to collectively earn bonuses among members of the same family or group.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Account Closure by gto99

gto99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, ensure that all wagering requirements have been met and your balance has been withdrawn.
